Terms & Conditions

1. Enrolment

• All swimmers must be registered before attending lessons.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• A completed registration form and payment of any applicable registration fee are required to secure a swimmer's place.

2. Fees & Payments

• Swimming fees are payable monthly in advance.
• Payments are due between the 25th and 29th of each month for the following month.
• Please use the swimmer's name and surname as the payment reference.
• Proof of payment must be emailed to accounts@splashandgrow.co.za.
• Failure to make payment may result in lessons being suspended until the account is settled.

3. Attendance & Make-Up Lessons

• Lessons missed due to personal reasons, holidays, or illness are not refundable.
• Make-up lessons may be offered at management's discretion and are subject to availability.
• Lessons cancelled by Splash & Grow Swim Academy will be rescheduled where possible.

4. Baby Swimming Classes

• Babies and toddlers must wear a swim nappy and a reusable non-disposable nappy cover while in the pool.
• A parent or guardian must accompany swimmers participating in parent-and-child classes.

5. Health & Safety

• Swimmers who are unwell or have a contagious illness should not attend lessons.
• Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation.
• Splash & Grow Swim Academy reserves the right to refuse participation if it is deemed unsafe for the swimmer or others.

6. Public Holidays & Weather

• No lessons will be held on public holidays unless otherwise communicated.
• In the event of severe weather, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control, lessons may be rescheduled.

7. Photography & Media

• Photographs and videos may be taken during lessons or events for marketing purposes.
• Parents/guardians who do not wish for their child to appear in promotional material must notify us in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure swimmer safety.
• Splash & Grow Swim Academy, its owners, instructors, and staff shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft occurring on the premises, except where required by law.

9. Cancellation of Enrolment

• One calendar month's written notice is required to cancel enrolment.
• Fees remain payable during the notice period.
