Pricing Questions
What is included in the monthly fee?
The monthly fee covers your scheduled swimming lessons for that month. The frequency of lessons is confirmed at the time of enrolment. Baby sessions are 30 minutes, Learn to Swim sessions are 15 minutes, and adult sessions are 30 minutes.
Is the registration fee a once-off payment?
The registration fee of R100 is charged once per year, typically at the start of each swimming year.
Is the youngest baby class really free?
Yes. Babies aged 3 weeks to 5 months attend free of charge. Only the annual R100 registration fee applies, and there is no monthly lesson fee for this class.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept EFT (bank transfer). Payment details will be provided upon enrolment.
What happens if we miss a lesson?
Contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend a lesson. We will discuss make-up lesson options on a case-by-case basis.
Is there a notice period for cancelling?
Please provide at least 30 days notice before discontinuing lessons. This allows us to plan lesson schedules effectively.
