Babies
3 weeks to 5 monthsGentle water familiarisation for very young babies, always alongside a parent. Free; only the registration fee applies.

6–24 monthsPlayful parent-and-baby sessions building water confidence through fun and exploration.
Learn to Swim
2–17 yearsFrom first floats to confident strokes. Lessons are grouped by ability, not age.
Adults
18 years and olderLearn to swim at any age. Improve technique, build confidence, get fit.
